All information provided during the registration process must be accurate, complete, and current. Users are required to provide their legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 365pk platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. 365pk employs technical systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed, balances will be voided, and bonuses will be cancelled without prior notice.
It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 365pk is lawful in their jurisdiction. 365pk does not warrant that its services are legal in all locations. Users who access 365pk from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in breach of these Terms.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password. 365pk strongly recommends enabling all available two-factor authentication options. Any activity conducted through a User's account will be deemed to have been carried out by the registered account holder, whether or not the User authorised such activity.
Users must notify 365pk immediately at [email protected] if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account or any breach of their security credentials. 365pk will take reasonable steps to investigate such reports, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the User's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
365pk is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all registered users. This process ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) may require submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal capabilities restricted until verification is satisfactorily completed.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 365pk reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts or to close them in accordance with its dormancy policy. Users will be notified before any dormancy charges are applied.
365pk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 365pk does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals on its end, though Users should be aware that their payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the 365pk cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change. Deposited funds become available for wagering once the transaction has been confirmed.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the account, subject to KYC verification being complete. 365pk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request. 365pk operates in strict compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations imposed by its international gaming licence. Funds suspected to be the proceeds of criminal activity will be withheld pending investigation.

All bonuses and promotional offers available on 365pk are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer on the promotions page. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that particular offer.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and any game contribution weightings will be explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms. 365pk reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or winnings derived from a bonus where it reasonably believes that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to exploit wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity. Such conduct also constitutes a breach of the prohibited conduct provisions in Clause 7.
365pk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Modifications to ongoing promotions that are materially adverse to the User will be communicated via the platform or registered email address with reasonable notice where practicable.
All sports bets placed on 365pk, including cricket, are subject to the applicable sports betting rules published on the platform. Bets placed on cricket markets — including PSL matches, Pakistan international fixtures, and ICC tournaments — are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. 365pk reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, data feed errors, or where the integrity of a market is reasonably questioned.
In-play or live betting markets are offered in real time and prices change rapidly. 365pk takes no responsibility for connectivity issues, network delays, or latency that may affect a User's ability to place or amend live bets. Bets accepted after a relevant event has concluded (due to technical issues) will be voided without exception.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 365pk platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform; use 365pk's branding or trademarks without written permission; or create derivative works based on the platform's content or functionality.
Any unauthorised use of 365pk intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose the User to civil and criminal liability.
365pk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the 365pk platform, Users consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

365pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible loss, arising from the User's use of or inability to use the platform.
365pk does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of services, for which 365pk accepts no liability.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 365pk's liability for: death or personal injury caused by its negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Users may close their 365pk account at any time by contacting the support team. Requests to close an account will be processed after any pending transactions have been settled. Any remaining balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method following satisfactory completion of withdrawal processing requirements.
365pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has: breached any provision of these Terms; engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 7; provided false information during registration or KYC; or where continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 365pk.
Upon termination of an account, the User's access to the platform will be revoked immediately. Any bonus funds or bonuses in progress will be forfeited. Genuine, unencumbered real-money balances (i.e., funds not subject to an ongoing wagering requirement) will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation procedures.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 365pk's international gaming licence jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to first contact 365pk's support team directly, as the majority of disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support contact within a reasonable timeframe, the User may escalate the matter through the formal complaints procedure described in 365pk's Complaints Policy.
365pk's decisions on disputed bet settlements are final where the applicable sporting or game rules have been properly applied. Where a procedural or administrative error is alleged, the User may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the disputed transaction and the basis for the complaint.
365pk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantively affect Users' rights or obligations — 365pk will provide not less than seven (7) days' advance notice via the platform interface and/or the registered email address on the User's account.
Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a provision, or additions that are solely beneficial to the User) may be made without advance notice and will take effect from the date of publication on the platform.
The current version of these Terms is always available on the 365pk platform. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force. Users who do not agree with an amendment must stop using the platform and close their account before the amendment takes effect.
